1. Technical Knowledge regarding PCB repair. (Knowing each component, soldering, ripped PCB pad repair, etc)
2. Having the necessary tools to make a proper repair. (Soldering equipment, keyboard components, flux, solder mask, UV light)
3. Problem solving when it comes to diagnosing the problem.
4. Friendly and communicative.
5. Lead time should be reasonable for the repair and shouldn't most likely last longer than 1-2 weeks. It would be also nice if they can make an estimate on how long the repair would last and pricing.
6. Some form of warranty after the repair is done.
7. Also if you have a portfolio of repairs the did before that would be great.
