For orders that have been assembled, we are gradually shipping them;

For orders that were previously delayed due to manufacturer delays and color sample confirmation, the latest reply we received is that delivery is expected to begin on the 26th of this month. We will arrange quality inspection and assembly immediately after receiving the goods. Generally, the assembly time takes 5-7 days, so we will try to arrange the shipment of the remaining orders at the end of this month or early August.

To thank everyone for your patience, each set of Freya will now come with a complimentary Wuque Titanium Switch Puller (random color)，making it more convenient for everyone to assemble and change the switches.

Regarding the quality inspection of the products that were reworked this week, we regretfully discovered some issues. The details are as follows:

Issue 1: Five keyboards have different colors or discoloration.

Issue 2: Three keyboards had varying degrees of scratches.

Issue 3: Four keyboards had knife marks.

Issue 4: The border colors of the three keyboards are unclear.

We have further negotiated with the relevant customers via email and promised to resolve these issues as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. After we confirmed with the designer, we have decided to re-produce the keycaps in order to ensure that the final keycaps will bring you better results.

Production is currently underway and is expected to be completed by the 30th of this month. After production is completed, we will immediately arrange a quality inspection and then confirm the final shipping date.
