We regret to inform you that there has been a delay in the delivery of the cases from our manufacturer. According to the latest update, they will start delivering 200 cases on the 26th, with the remaining units expected to be completed by the end of this month.
In the meantime, other parts have begun arriving at the factory and are awaiting assembly.
We are currently inventorying all received materials. Based on the current stock, we anticipate that the Anodized Ice Blue, Anodized Gunmetal Grey, and Anodized Black versions of the Ultra variant can be assembled by the end of this month. Other colors will be assembled as soon as all materials are in place.
Regarding Tiffany Blue:
After multiple attempts, we have finally confirmed the final color sample. Please find the attached image. The manufacturer is now producing according to our confirmation urgently, and we will continue to monitor the progress closely.
Throughout the production process, we have encountered several challenges, including multiple confirmations of the color samples and unexpected delays from the manufacturers. These issues have unfortunately resulted in delayed shipping of our products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have held multiple meetings with our manufacturers to address these issues, and we are now fully focused on resolving all current challenges. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure delivery moving forward.

During this week's product quality inspection, we identified several significant issues with the received products. As a result, we have arranged for rework. Below are the details of the quality inspection:
Issue 1: One "Wuque Bear" keyboard showed discoloration on one side. See the attached image for details.
Issue 2: Three "Wuque Bear" keyboards had 1.5 cm long marks.
Issue 3: Three "Wuque Bear" keyboards had varying degrees of scratches on the front.
Issue 4: The "Eco-Guardian Purple" keyboard had knife marks on the front, measuring 7 cm and 36 cm.
Issue 5: The "Yellow Crane Tower" keyboard showed noticeable discoloration on the front.
Due to these issues, our originally scheduled June shipment will be delayed until July. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

[GB] WS Entwined Flowers Keycap Set
During our QC for mass production keycaps, we have concerns on novelties’ UV printed novelties colors. We matched them with our color card before production, but with the limitation of the UV printing technique itself, printed light colors cannot cover doubleshoted keycaps’ deep color by 100%. So we will see some more blue color from the keycap on the novelties. We will send some novelties to the designer for confirmation. This make take about 2 weeks. We will determine whether to approve it and start delivery or proceed with re-production based on the feedback.
As a result, our shipping timeline will be dependent on the designer's final confirmation. Please stay tuned for updates on our website.
