- Please Note : To protect your warranty, the knob on the NAMA keyboard is removable, but its core movement is permanently sealed and is not meant to be disassembled. Any damage caused by tampering with the movement will not be covered under our after-sales service.
04. What is the NAMA RGB lighting effect like?
- The NAMA keyboard features south-facing RGB LEDs. For a detailed visual demonstration of the lighting effects, please check the video.
05. Is the NAMA keyboard pre-built?
- The NAMA Standard Kit is partially pre-assembled. You will only need to install your chosen switches and keycaps.
- The NAMA Custom Kit arrives as a complete, fully assembled unit, including your selected switches and keycaps.

Movement Instructions
This manual movement should be wound a maximum of 30 turns, providing approximately 1–2 days of power reserve.
Note: Do not exceed the recommended turns, as overwinding after the mainspring is fully tensioned may cause it to slip.
How to Identify Full Wind
Through the transparent case back, observe the tightness of the mainspring inside the barrel. When the coils appear fully compacted, the movement is fully wound, and winding should be stopped immediately.

02. Customs Declaration
- All NAMA kits purchased through our website will be declared at their actual value by default. Should you have specific declaration requirements, please contact customer service prior to shipment.

- The order total on our website includes only product cost and shipping fees. It does not include any import duties or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
